Club members should not directly approach members of staff or WGC’s contractors, either in their workplace or elsewhere, to confront them on matters relating to the management of WGC. In particular, please do not approach green keepers on the course to challenge the condition of the course. If any member has an issue that they feel needs highlighted this should be done either via the greens convener or the committee.
