For our regular Men’s Club competitions, the terms are as follows:

• Entry fees are £5, payable on entry.  No refunds in the case of call-offs.
• The overall winner will be determined on a Net basis, but there are prizes of shop credits for both Handicap and Scratch categories.  Shop credit prizes will be awarded for any 2s.
• Playing Handicap for club competitions will be restricted to 24.  (Players with higher handicaps may enter, but their PH will be limited to 24).  Members with Pending handicaps may play and their score will count, but they cannot win prizes.
• Players can enter from the previous Sunday into the available draw time slots.
• The draw will be performed on the Thursday prior to the competition and posted onto the W.G.C. Members’ Facebook page.
• Thereafter any players wishing to enter can take any available medal time.
• Any players wishing to make up their own two or three ball can also do so if a medal time slot is available.
• This will be open until the shop closes on Saturday.
• We will be monitoring this  system throughout the season and feedback would be appreciated.

For Open Competitions, entry fees for members will be £15, and entries can be made through the Club shop several months ahead.  Prizes will again be in the form of Shop vouchers.  Playing Handicaps will be restricted to  a maximum of 24 on the day (28 for the Seniors Open).

• Sunday and Monday tee times must be booked by 4pm on the previous Friday. The draw will be made after that time and posted on Facebook and the What’s App group.
• Midweek medals are monthly and players arrange their own partners and tee times.
• All medals cost £3 and should be paid at time of entry.
• A max of 3 ladies per tee time.
• Players should register their intention to play either at the kiosk or by using the Scottish Golf App PRIOR to commencing the round.
• Scores should be entered on completion and any cards placed in the grey box.
